Our wedding Packages
Thank you for your interest in the enchanting Mankin Mansion. We’re so delighted you’re considering our venue for your big day! We have curated our packages to accommodate all couples. Depending on the date and time of year, our packages range from $10,995 to $24,995. Please find more details as well as what is included below.
The Mankin Evergreen Package Includes:
- Exclusive use of Mankin Mansion’s public areas and estate grounds for preparation, ceremony, social/cocktail hour, and reception for up to 200 guests for 9 hours.
- 6 hours of event time.
- Reception in our climate-controlled Grand Pavilion Tent with a custom dance floor, draping, and lighting.
- Use of a selection of three-foot cocktail tables, four- and five-foot rounds, and six- and eight-foot banquet tables.
- Ivory padded chairs for a Garden ceremony, gold Chiavari chairs for a Gallery ceremony and Grand Pavilion Tent reception.
- Complete setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, Mansion decor, and all client-provided presentation-ready decor.
- Private use of our bespoke Salon and Lounge for you and your wedding party.
- The guidance and expertise of our planning team throughout the process, as well as rehearsal and day-of coordination.
- Complimentary parking and grounds attendants to assist wedding guests.
- Connection with nearby hotels for group rates and complimentary shuttle service.
- Use of the Mansion’s public areas and estate grounds for portraits prior to the wedding day.
- Extensive list of complementary and upgraded accessories.
The Mankin Evermore Package Includes:
All amenities included in the Evergreen Package plus the upgrades listed below
- Increase to a 12-hour rental period with brunch for 20 people.
- Use of the parlor as additional prepping/leisure space.
- All polyester floor-length linens.
- Choice of vintage furniture vignette.
- Choice of luxury getaway car (up to a 20-mile distance).
- Sparkler send-off.
Our Packages range from $10,995 to $24,995. Our couples often spend from $25,000 to $75,000.
